Sadly the residents are stuck with this one and only pizza joint. Ownership should change management and if they wont ownership should change.
We arrived at 6:15. There was a sign that says Please wait to be seated.". We were there waiting at the door. There were four people behind the counter. One customer picking up an order. One employee standing off to the side. About five tables had a few guests. Not one person spoke to us. No one approached us. We waited almost 10 minutes. My husband simply asked me where I wanted to go eat. As we turned to go, still no one spoke or approached us. I' d give a rating of zero but "1' is the lowest. We went down the street to Captain's Quarters. We were greeted when we arrived, seated immediately, and waited on by a friendly staff. I'm going to give them a five rating. We spent more, but it was a delicious dinner and very pleasant.
The service was very slow.. The place looked dirty. Not the kind of dirt you'd expect after a busy time, but dirt that had been there for a long time. We were tired after traveling 500 miles, and decided to wait for the food instead of driving around to another restaurant, but we won't go there again.
Worst.service of any pizza hut ever. Only pizza joint within 15.miles
Visiting from WI. Group of 13. We were 1 of 2 tables in the place and waited over 2 hours for food. Half the group went back to the hotel to wait for pizza as we got it packed right away to go. One guy in our group was folding their boxes for them. Manager said the meal would be comped. We got 15% off. I am a manager at another restauant and we would never treat our guest like this. Totally unacceptable 0 out of 5. Do not ever go to this location!
Wont deliver 6 miles away. Never has had the pizza ready. Has.completely not placed the.order
The manager was super nice on what was probably the busiest day they ever had. But the bathroom was filthy. I can imagine the rest of the employees hiding when he tries to get them to clean it.
