I prefer to give NO stars, but google won't let me. This business is unprofessional and a rip off. I broke down back in June visiting family in the area and was towed by AAA here. After misdiagnosis, their frustration from having to "deal" with my warranty, and taking 2 extra days to fix I received my vehicle. Along with it a very confusing, overpriced bill, and forcing to pay with a debit card instead of credit (now cannot dispute) There are complaints in with the SC consumer affairs departmemt and BBB with no response from the business. I would never recommend this business to anyone.
So happy they were there when my family and I had a tire explode on the bridge the day before Thanksgiving! There wasn't anywhere to stop nor are you allowed to...After being screamed at by multiple on the bridge, changing to a spare, that was flat...we picked the closest place basically driving on a rim. These guys were there still, got us a new tire and on our way quickly. Thank you for saving us!!!
Out of town break down on the morning of Christmas Eve. This happened to be Sunday morning as well. Herron Auto answered his phone. He was not able to help me and my RV problem. However he found us a mechanic who got us on the road again . Thank you Herron's Auto and Snake for being available and problem solvers. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
We were travelling and had something in our tire. It was early Saturday morning and they fixed it immediately! And we were on our way. Very fast and cheap, i would highly recommend them. Thanks again for your help.
