It was wonderful. I just wish you Carmel mocha coffee and oatmeal raisin cookies weren't so darn good.
Dirty playroom- choose to stop at this fast food place because of the playroom to give my one year old a chance to stretch and burn enjoy on our 13 hour drive. The play place was dirty and the baby chairs had old food and crude stuck to the chairs. Seems as if it hadn't been clean for a few days. This is a poor upkept McDonald's
Just left from drive thru. 3rd time I've been to this location and all 3 times they've left something out of my order. At least they are consistent. Absolutely amazing.
Horrible customer service. Newer spot but not upkept, dirty, with no condiments put out. Cashier has no customer service experience whatsoever. Very bad attitude for being a young girl. Just a shame that McDonalds does not provide training for their staff clearly.
This is a "POOR" example of a fast food restaurant! Somebody needs to come in there and do some house cleaning as far as employees and hire some people who knows what they are doing. These are some very rude people & the Manager herself told me the same exact thing because the person we complained about had just gotten off a weeks suspension because of her attitude & the way she treated customers. Because I made a complaint, my food was not right I was told it would be notated in the book they kept just give them my name & it would be made right. That was a lie! I was made to look like a fool being questioned in front of customers. I told the night mgr. just to forget it & I was about to walk out when she thought she was doing me a favore by saying she'd replace my order & then it still wasn't right. Hey, I am a very easy person to get along with & I understand mistakes happen but if it wasn't for customers those so-called employees would not have a job. I'm sure that's sometimes the employees have bad nights as well and that's understandable they have a lot to deal with but I'm not asking for something for nothing I paid for my food and I'd like to get what I paid for. I said I wasn't going to return to this restaurant but we were out and about tonight and we stopped in there and what happens I didn't get my complete full order again so I got out the car I went in with the bag and told the girl behind the counter what haf happened she yells to another girl who first said they put it in the bag & then another girl said we're waiting on 2 chicken sandwiches.If you're waiting on the sandwiches why did you give me my bag tell me that was everything? This place needs help bad! "NOW HIRING"
